What's in the jar
Raw shilajit resin and nothing else. No fillers, carriers or flavourings. Shilajit is a mix of humic substances, mainly fulvic acid, with small amounts of minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium. It contains no animal products, so it's suitable for vegans.
The resin is firm when cool and softens when warm. That's how natural resin behaves. What is shilajit?
How to take it
- Take about 100 mg: half the wide end of the spatula.
- Stir it into a warm drink until it dissolves. Use filtered or bottled water rather than tap water.
- Up to two or three servings a day. Don't exceed the suggested serving.

01 Why resin
Most shilajit is sold as a powder. Ours isn't.
Capsules and powders are usually an extract dried onto a carrier. Resin is the real thing, and you can tell by holding it.

02 The ritual
A pea-sized piece. A warm cup.
Scoop
About 100 mg, half the wide end of the spatula.
Stir
Into warm tea, coffee, milk or water until it's gone.
Repeat
Once a day, or up to three times. Don't exceed that.
03 The proof
We test it. Then we show you.
Resin from the mountains can pick up metals from the rock it forms on. An accredited lab measured ours against the EU limits for food supplements.

Which size should I choose?
The 30 g jar holds about 300 servings and works out at €0.12 a serving. The 15 g jar is a good way to try it first.
What does it taste like?
Earthy, bitter and slightly smoky. Dissolved in tea, coffee or warm milk, most people barely notice it.
How long does a jar last?
At one serving a day, a 30 g jar lasts around ten months and a 15 g jar around five. A jar keeps for up to 2 years.
Why is it hard, or soft?
Natural resin reacts to temperature. It firms up in the cold and softens in the warmth. If it's too hard to scoop, hold the jar in your hand for a minute.
When will it arrive?
Tracked delivery from Lithuania to EU countries and the UK, usually in 2 to 7 working days. Free over €49, otherwise €5.90.
Can I send it back?
Yes. Sealed jars can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will put it right.
